References to ‘you’, and ‘your’ shall be deemed to be references to persons placing an order via the www.thewonderlandgiftboutique.co.uk website, as well as orders placed via our social media pages (Facebook and/ or Instagram) @thewonderlandgiftboutique

The Wonderland Gift Boutique reserve the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions without further notice. You should review those Terms and Conditions each and every time you place an order. Your use of the website will be deemed to mean that you have accepted whatever Terms and Conditions prevail at the time of such usage of the website. These terms & conditions also cover our emails and any other associated promotional activity.

Orders
When you place an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you are unhappy with any part of these terms and conditions, you should contact us via email thewonderlandgiftboutique@gmail.com before placing an order.

By placing an order through our website you are making an offer to The Wonderland Gift Boutique to purchase the goods outlined in your order.

When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. This information is required in order to process your request and to inform you of acceptance of your order. A contact phone number is needed so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order.

After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

Please note that we may not be able to meet any obligations as a result of the following reasons:

If the product you ordered is out of stock
If we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
If it is identified that there is a product description error
If the customer does not reach any order criteria outlined in the Terms & Conditions
If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control, including hazardous weather and accidents

Should there be an issue with your order we'll contact you either by phone or email. Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

The Wonderland Gift Boutique reserve the right to cancel any offer at any point. Please note that whilst we will make every effort and reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, we cannot be responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any information that you supply when accessing or ordering from the The Wonderland Gift Boutique website.

When placing an order you will be added to our email list. However, should you wish to not receive emails from us, please inform us via email: thewonderlandgiftboutique@gmail.com and your details will remove you from our list.

Payment
All of our prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). You can pay using most debit and credit cards.

Website Pricing & Descriptions
The prices and availability of any promotions, goods and services advertised on this website are all subject to change and availability. While The Wonderland Gift Boutique take all reasonable efforts to keep this website up to date, the material displayed is provided only by way of information and need to be confirmed through our store. Moreover, the information and materials contained in our website are provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied and all liability is excluded to the fullest extent permissible under the applicable law.

We do our best to keep our website up to date at all times but occasionally an item may no longer be available. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, even after an order has been placed. In the event an item is no longer available we will contact you to see if a suitable replacement can be found. If this is not possible we may occasionally have to cancel your order.

Contract Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel this contract if you wish so under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided you exercise your right no longer than 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the products (excluding made to order/personalised items).

Should you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please contact us by email thewonderlandgiftboutique@gmail.com. Please note that there may be occasions when a cancellation request is received after an order has been processed and despatched. If your order has already been despatched we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Please note that, with the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, we are not responsible for return postage. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will need to be able to return the goods you ordered to us to be able to exercise this right.

Damaged Items
All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, defects or discrepancies you must notify us within 48 hours. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time.

In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) by email thewonderlandgiftboutique@gmail.com to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. Refunds for the damaged goods and reimbursement of the cost of postage will be made to the credit/debit card account used to purchase the items. Please email a photo of the damaged item and if you can send a photo of the outer box the item was received in that would help us claim back against the courier and we can decide on a collection method.

What do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
