Refund Policy

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We genuinely hope you are delighted with your purchase, however in the instance that you are not please contact us within 14 days from receiving your goods to arrange refund or exchange. Please email thewonderlandgiftboutique@gmail.com to request return form. 

Please make sure that the goods are returned unused, in a saleable condition, unwashed and repacked in their original packaging.Unfortunately, we can’t fulfil an exchange or refund if this isn’t the case.

Postage costs are non-refundable.

 

Please note that any returns will need to be posted at your own expense.  We do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages you have sent to us as part of the return process.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer any refunds on earrings for hygiene reasons. We also can't accept refunds on personalised products

Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be process from the date of receiving goods by us.

When returning your good please ensure the parcel is packaged well to ensure the goods aren’t damaged upon return to us, as in this instance we may not be able to offer the exchange or refund. We highly recommend that the returned parcel is sent with proof of postage and with an insured, registered delivery service as we are unable to accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit to us.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at thewonderlandgiftboutique@gmail.com with evidence of the damage. We will arrange replacement item as soon as possible.
